SUMMARY:
Freedom of Information Act; exemptions. Exempts from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act specific tactical plans, and engineering plans or architectural drawings and operational specifications of government law-enforcement facilities, including, but not limited to courthouses, jails and detention facilities to the extent that disclosure or public dissemination of such materials would jeopardize the security of law-enforcement offices or personnel. The bill contains an emergency clause.
