SUMMARY:

Insurance; priority of liquidation payments. Changes the order of liquidation payments of an insolvent insurer to give claims of policyholders priority over the payment of tax liens of the United States and also over the payment of wages to employees of an insurer for services rendered before the commencement of the delinquency proceedings.
