SUMMARY:

Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation; Virginia Board for Asbestos Licensing and Lead Certification. Adds a definition of "Board" to clarify the identity of the licensing body. The bill also defines "certified lead professional or worker" to include any person who has met the certification requirements established by the Board and has a certificate issued by the Board. The bill contains technical amendments.
