SUMMARY:

Lifetime licenses. Allows a Virginia resident who is 65 or older to purchase a lifetime hunting or a lifetime fishing license for $10 each. The bill also removes a cross-reference to who qualifies as a resident disabled veteran for the purpose of receiving a lifetime hunting and fishing license.
