SUMMARY:

Measurement of the composition of milk or cream. Eliminates the requirement that utensils used to measure the percentage of fat, composition or value of milk or cream be tested for accuracy and verified by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and eliminates the one-dollar fee that must be paid for a milk tester's, weigher's and sampler's certificate.
