SUMMARY:
Firing a gun near a road. Reinstates the prohibition, in place until July 1, 1994, of firing a firearm along or within 100 yards of a road. Current law, enacted during the 1993 Session of the General Assembly, prohibits firing a firearm across or within the right-of-way of a road.
