SUMMARY:

Trapping ban. Bans the trapping of fur-bearing animals within 300 yards of First Landing/Seashore State Park and the Virginia Marine Science Museum in Virginia Beach. The bill allows trapping for scientific research, health or public safety purposes, and does not prohibit private landowners from trapping nuisance animals.
