SUMMARY:

Examinations of certain financial institutions. Requires the State Corporation Commission (and the Commissioner of Financial Institutions) to conduct examinations of certain financial institutions not less than once during a period of three calendar years. Under current law, such examinations must be conducted at least twice in every three-year period.
