SUMMARY:

Virginia Juvenile Community Crime Control Act. Modifies the Act, which became effective January 1, 1996, to clarify that (i) community-based services are to include a broad array of services and programs, (ii) contributions from localities which utilized pre- and post-dispositional block grant services or programs are made based upon 1995 expenditures exclusive of amounts spent on secure detention and (iii) localities which accept juveniles in a community crime control program may be reimbursed a daily rate based upon operating costs less state aid provided.
