SUMMARY:
Failure to pay fines and costs. Provides for the issuance of a restricted driver's license for failure to pay fines and costs in much the same manner as is allowed following conviction of driving under the influence. Currently, the court is required to suspend the license, but has no authority to provide for the issuance of a restricted permit.
