SUMMARY:

Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Act; award. Authorizes payment of an award not to exceed $100,000 to the parents or legal guardians of an infant found to have sustained a birth-related neurological injury under the Act. Under the bill, the award may be made in a lump sum.
