SUMMARY:

Fee for disposal of solid waste. Adds Augusta County to those counties which may charge a fee for the disposal of solid waste. Augusta County may levy the fee only upon persons whose residential waste is disposed at a county facility. The bill also adds Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative and BARC Electric Cooperative to the list of companies with whom counties may not contract for the collection of the fee.
