SUMMARY:

Seafood landing licenses. Authorizes the Virginia Marine Resources Commission (VMRC) to establish a seafood landing license. The fee for the license may not exceed $150. VMRC may limit the number of licenses to be issued and may establish eligibility requirements. Commercial fisherman registered in Virginia may be granted exceptions to the seafood landing license requirement.
