SUMMARY:
Major business facility job tax credit. Transfers the existing statutory requirements to determine who is eligible for the credit and to certify such eligibility from the Department of Economic Development to the Department of Taxation. The bill also requires the Tax Commissioner to make an annual report to the money committees on the program.
