SUMMARY:

Blue Ridge Regional Education and Training Council Fund. Creates the Blue Ridge Regional Education and Training Council Fund as a nonreverting fund on the books of the Comptroller. The Fund, consisting of any private or public grants received or moneys appropriated by the General Assembly, is to be used to support the education and training programs of the Council.
