SUMMARY:
Concealed weapons. Provides that a registered personal protection specialist may carry a concealed handgun without a permit and that a registered armed security officer may (i) conceal his handgun during transit to and from a firing range while in training to become a personal protection specialist and (ii) cover (conceal) his handgun in inclement weather.
