SUMMARY:

Insurance; suspension or revocation of agent's license. Permits the State Corporation Commission to suspend or revoke the licenses of insurance agents, insurance consultants, reinsurance intermediaries, and managing general agents whenever such licensees fail or refuse to obey Commission orders entered against them.
