SUMMARY:

Special license plates; active duty and retired military. Authorizes issuance of special license plates to active duty and retired members of the U. S. Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. The design of these plates would incorporate an emblem of the applicant's branch of service. (See HB 1350)
