Sales and use tax exemption; nonprofit vocational-technical education foundation. Provides a sales and use tax exemption for a nonprofit organization exempt from taxation under § 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code and organized exclusively to promote vocational-technical education in the public schools within the boundaries of the Twenty-third Planning District.
