SUMMARY:
Concealed needles. Creates a Class 6 felony penalty for failing to advise a law-enforcement officer of a concealed needle on one's person after being asked by a law-enforcement officer pursuant to a lawful search. This bill also provides that the needle or any evidence associated with and connected to the needle shall not be used against the person in any criminal prosecution or forfeiture proceeding.
