SUMMARY:
Violating conditions of bond or order of court. Provides that if a person violates a specific condition of release he shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. This bill also allows the officer to arrest without a warrant and directs the clerk's office to deliver a copy of every bail piece with conditions to the local police or sheriff.
