SUMMARY:
Property tax exemption; Windmore Foundation for the Arts and Rapidan Habitat for Humanity. Provides a property tax exemption for property located in Culpeper County and owned by the Windmore Foundation for the Arts, a nonprofit organization providing art education, theater, dance, literature, and visual arts for Culpeper County residents. A property tax exemption is also provided for property located in Orange County and owned by Rapidan Habitat for Humanity, Inc., a nonprofit benevolent organization. Rolled into HB 44.
