SUMMARY:
Sales and use tax exemption; Community Residences, Inc. Provides a sales and use tax exemption to nonprofit organizations which are organized exclusively for the purpose of providing residential and housing facilities to those individuals who need assistance and support in adjusting to their environment, including individuals with mental retardation, mental illness and emotional disturbance.
