SUMMARY:
Carnal knowledge of confined persons or persons under supervision. Repeals the current law which applies only to minors and creates a new section which makes carnal knowledge by a supervisor or custodian of any person committed in or supervised by the Department of Corrections or the Department of Youth and Family Services a Class 4 felony.
