SUMMARY:

Charter; City of Falls Church. Conforms the procedure for filling a vacancy in the city council to that provided in Title 24.2 of the Code, allows vacancy in the school board to be filled in the same manner as council vacancies, and removes the requirement that one member of the planning commission be selected from the board of zoning appeals.
