SUMMARY:

State/Local Hospitalization Program. Establishes an alternate State/Local Hospitalization (SLH) Program estimation method, eliminates certain local and state administrative requirements, avoids the misrepresentation of the availability of SLH coverage for qualified applicants after funds have been exhausted, and links the new SLH reimbursement system to the Virginia Medicaid Program.
