Sales and use tax exemption; Hadassah, the Women's Zionist Organization of America. Provides a sale and use tax exemption from July 1, 1996, through June 30, 1999, to a Jewish women's nonprofit charitable corporation which provides education programs, youth activities, community programs and an exchange program between doctors from Israel and physicians associated with medical colleges in Virginia.
