SUMMARY:
Commission, boards and institutions; Virginia-Israel Partnership Council. Creates the Virginia-Israel Partnership Council to advise the Governor on ways to improve economic and cultural links between the Commonwealth and the State of Israel, with a focus on the areas of commerce and trade, art and education, and general government. The bill sets forth the membership of the Council, its powers and duties, and designates the Department of Economic Development as its staff.
