SUMMARY:
Shooting preserves. Prohibits shooting or taking on shooting preserves any bird or animal that is not a game bird or game animal. The bill also rescinds the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services' authority to regulate shooting enclosures. The provisions of the bill would not become effective until July 1, 2001.
