SUMMARY:

Water and sewer connection fees. Provides that water and sewer connection fees established by any county, city, town, authority or sanitary district shall be fair and reasonable and bear a substantial relation to the allocable costs of providing the individual services. Such water and sewer connection fees shall be reviewed at least every three years and adjusted, if necessary.
