SUMMARY:
Virginia Outdoors Foundation trustees. Alters the selection process of the Virginia Outdoors Foundation's board of trustees by removing the State Treasurer as a trustee and allowing the Speaker of the House and the Senate Committee on Privileges and Elections as well as the Governor to make appointments. Currently all trustees are selected by the Governor as is the chairman of the board. The trustees are given the power to elect a chairman from among their members.
