SUMMARY:
Licensure of chiropractors by reciprocity or endorsement. Authorizes the Board of Medicine, in any instance in which the Board is presented with an application for licensure through reciprocity or endorsement for the practice of chiropractic from a licensee of another state who meets all of the Board's requirements for reciprocity or endorsement for the practice of chiropractic except for any requirement related to graduation from an accredited institution, to deem such person to have graduated from an accredited institution if the applicant graduated from an institution which, although not accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Secretary of Education or approved by the Board at the time of the applicant's graduation, has since such applicant's graduation become accredited.
