SUMMARY:

Property and conveyances; Virginia Condominium Act. Eliminates the registration requirement by a condominium developer with the Virginia Real Estate Board. The bill also authorizes the local governing body of any county, city, or town to require by ordinance completion and assessment bonds from the developer (the declarant). The bill contains technical amendments.
