SUMMARY:
Elections; locations and times for voter registration. Deletes the requirement that the general registrar in each county and city establish a minimum number of additional registration places and times (one for each 5,000 persons up to 20 locations) during the 40 days immediately before the registration books close for the November election. The general registrar retains authority to establish an unlimited number of additional registration locations and times.
