SUMMARY:
Alcoholic beverage control; interdicted persons. Prohibits interdicted persons from being drunk in public. The penalty for a violation is a Class 1 misdemeanor. Currently the penalty applies only to interdicted persons who possess alcoholic beverages, except toiletries, medicines, and flavoring extracts.
