SUMMARY:
Condemnation; appointment of commissioners. Lowers the number of nominees, from six to three, that the petitioner and the defendant present as choices for commissioner, and requires the judge to appoint at least three commissioners from which nine persons shall be selected to be summoned as commissioners.
