SUMMARY:

Sale of minnows. Requires the Virginia Marine Resources Commission to exempt from the definition of "commercial fisherman" those who sell, trade or barter minnows if such persons are not part of, hired by or engaged in a continuing business enterprise. The regulations may include, but are not limited to, limits on the quantity of minnows that may be sold, traded or bartered by a person who may be exempted from the definition of commercial fisherman.
