SUMMARY:
Sale of grain. Requires that, in contracts for the sale of grain where the grain will be delivered within one year, the discount rates for foreign material and water content and the test weight rates may not be any higher than the rates prevailing on the day the contract is formed. The bill has no application to existing contracts for the sale of grain. This is emergency legislation.
