SUMMARY:

Motor vehicle dealer processing fees. Requires notices of dealer processing fees to be affixed to each motor vehicle and T&M vehicle. These notices must state that the fee will be charged, the amount of the fee, and the fact that this fee is not required by law. The bill also caps processing fees at $25 and prohibits imposition of other charges for handling the transaction.
