SUMMARY:
Victims in the courtroom. Provides that a court may prohibit the attendance of a victim at a criminal trial if, after a proffer by counsel of the person's expected testimony, the court finds him to be a material witness. Currently, if an attorney represents to the court that a victim is a material witness he must be excluded without any review by the court of the expected testimony.
