SUMMARY:

Chesapeake Bay and tributary restoration. Requires the Secretary of Natural Resources to coordinate the development of plans designed to restore the water quality and living resources of the Bay and its tributaries. Plans are to include recommended specific strategies, goals, commitments and methods of implementation to achieve the nutrient goals of agreements signed by Virginia's Governors as commitments to the multi-jurisdictional Bay restoration effort. Additional specific plan elements, a timetable for completion and a reporting requirement are set out.
