SUMMARY:
Sales and use tax exemption; nonprofit community and service organizations. Grants a sales and use tax exemption for purchases by any nonprofit Virginia corporation operated for the purpose of providing food, furniture, rent assistance, transportation and day-care services to low-income families. Annandale Christian Community for Action, Inc., (ACCA) would be among the beneficiaries of the exemption.
