Authenticity and reasonableness of medical bills. Includes medical bills introduced as evidence of medical payment coverage under a motor vehicle insurance policy within the statutory presumption that bills for medical services provided which are introduced as evidence in civil cases for personal injuries or wrongful death are authentic and reasonable.
