SUMMARY:

Subdivision ordinance; recordation of plats. Clarifies that the planning commission may allow a developer to record the remaining portions of an approved preliminary plat for a period greater than five years from the date of the recordation of a final plat which is a section of a subdivision as shown on the approved preliminary plat.
