SUMMARY:
Exceptions and exemptions to the Board of Medicine's regulation. Authorizes any employee of an adult care residence who is certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to honor the written order of the attending physician not to resuscitate a patient which is included in the individualized service plan in the event of patient's cardiac or respiratory arrest. The adult care residence may authorize its employees who are so certified to so act.
