SUMMARY:
Workers' compensation; change in condition. Requires compensation previously awarded to an injured employee to continue upon an application by his employer on the ground of a change in condition (unless the employee requests a continuance) until such time as the Workers' Compensation Commission may make an award ending or diminishing such compensation. The bill provides that if such application alleges the employee has returned to work, compensation is awarded to the date the employee returns to work.
