Introduced by: Robert F. McDonnell | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles
SUMMARY:
Payment for DUI blood alcohol content tests. Requires that a convicted DUI defendant pay a $25 fee for the test of his breath for blood alcohol content. Currently, a defendant must pay only for a blood test. The fees generated would be deposited in the new Breath Test Fund created by this bill and would help defray the cost of breath alcohol testing.
