SUMMARY:
Drunk boating; zero tolerance. Denies the privilege of operating a boat for six months and imposes a $500 fine upon any person under the age of 21 who operates a boat with a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.02 to 0.08 ("zero tolerance"). If convicted, such a person is eligible to attend VASAP.
