SUMMARY:
Apportionment of the local probate tax. Requires the local probate tax to be apportioned among the localities in which the decedent owned real property on the basis of the assessed value of the decedent's real property in each of the localities. The clerk of the court in the locality collecting the tax shall be responsible for the apportionment and remittance of the tax to the respective localities.
