SUMMARY:
Motor vehicle insurance. Provides that motor vehicle insurance provisions for payment of medical expense and loss of income benefits (under § 38.2-2201) may not be qualified, limited or reduced by policy exclusion, except as enumerated by the bill. The bill further states that its provisions are declarative of existing law.
